Vibrant Platform is an engine for Autonomous Property Management (APM): a unified backend spanning the complete lifecycle of high-performance physical spaces.

Vision: End-to-End Property Lifecycle

The platform is built to support a continuous operational arc from initial build through lifelong stewardship:

  • Construction & Commissioning: Contractor access, project workspaces, site/zone hierarchy, and device enrollment.
  • Environmental & Home Health: Continuous diagnostics for indoor air quality (AQ), water quality, thermal comfort, and live sensor telemetry.
  • Asset Management & Diagnostics: Hardware inventory, firmware lifecycle, equipment health tracking, and anomaly detection.
  • Autonomous Maintenance: Scheduled servicing, inspection walkthroughs, work-item decision pipelines, and AI-assisted triage.
  • Financial & Workflow Automation: Inbound bill processing, receipt extraction, subcontractor time reconciliation, and invoicing.

Note: While core foundations (device telemetry, identity, internal invoicing, site maintenance, and agent execution planes) are active today, the schema and service architecture are intentionally modeled to support this full horizon.

  • Multi-Surface Access: Isolated entry points for homeowners and mobile apps (Public), estate-care customer (Enterprise), internal operations and manufacturing (Internal), and automated tooling (Agents).
  • Dual Transports: High-performance, RLS-governed data reads via PostgREST alongside stateful workflow automation via FastAPI.
  • Compartmented Schemas: Private storage vaults in PostgreSQL domain schemas exposed through strictly guarded contract views.
